What precautions do you take to ensure your gluten free products are safe for celiacs?
We use reasonable precautions in selecting ingredients which meet gluten free dietary restrictions, as advised by the manufacturer. We also do our best to avoid cross contamination among batches of our regular baking and gluten free cupcakes. However, although we do our very best to avoid cross-contamination in these specialty items, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination won’t occur. We only have one kitchen in each store in which all baking is done.
Whether you order in advance or in the store, we will always package your gluten free cupcakes in a box only containing that type of cupcake to further minimize the possibility of cross contamination.
